I use an Amsoil Oil sample pump and disposable hose.

You could always catch a sample while you are draining as well, if you were just after engine monitoring details

True, but I'm going with extended oil changes and using a bypass filter. I took my 1st sample at 7,500 then changed the full flow filter and filled it with a new qt of oil. Next sample at 13k which will give it time to get the results before I hit 15k. If all looks good, I'll change the full flow and add another qt of oil. This will continue until Blackstone says my entire system should be changed. I'll change the bypass filter at 60k or 2 yrs, whichever comes first.
