Raceme Cold Weather Issues

I'm from North Dakota. I've been deleted for 2 1/2 years now. Every winter I have issues when I start my truck in negative degree temps. A few weeks ago my engine grid block heater started to pop the GFI to any outdoor electrical outlet I would plug it in to. So I just quit plugging it in since the temps were above zero. I got a DTC of P2609: No voltage drop seen from Intake Air Heaters.... Today I got that and a P0341 Cam Sensor fault. My truck is dead in the driveway has anyone else ever had these issues?

Check your batteries. My voltage was ok but amp was way to low. Below zero i had issues. My truck threw a lot of different codes,rough idle etc etc. new batteries solved everything

That's what I was thinking but the batteries are only a year old and checked out fine.

The grid heater has major voltage drops especially when cold outside
