Hi, I'm doing the same thing.

Can you help me with the installation instructions, too?

Thank you, and if you have any torque specifications, it will help.

Here’s an easy little trick for keeping crap out of injector tubes.

1/2” ID tubing plugged with hot glue.

Yeah, take your time with it and lay out the injector lines so you don't get them mixed up and don't get crap in anything fuel related.

Before you start, I recommend cleaning that area in your motor with an air hose if it's dirty.

I think Glacier Diesel had excellent directions and specs if I recall correctly.

This little do-dad here was the key to me getting that rear cover bracket loose around #6 injector.

13mm socket in the ratcheting box wrench.

Take lifing eye out and get the wiring out the way so wrench can go horizontal.

Is there a consensus on proper torque for hard fuel lines at the head and rail?

GDP instructions state 30nm/22ft at the head and 37nm/27ft at the rail.

However, FSM states 40nm/30ft for both.

I don’t have access to the factory-recommended torque for your 2007, 6.7L, but it should be the same as my 2014, 6.7, 30/30 Ft/lbs.

See attached from Mopar Tech Authority.

I think GDP may be giving the spec for the 5.9L.

Thanks, my 07’ is a 5.9L, and that FSM is 22/27 ftlbs.

    Currently working in a 14’ 6.7
