Has anyone had any issues with engine vibration at stop and driving. When driving its only noticeable if going down hill. Feels like there is ripples in the road. While at stop you can see the truck shake left and right.

Year, make model, engine, any changes from stock.

Does it happen both hot and cold? Been happening for a while or just started? How many miles? Do you take it for service or do your own? Any repairs recently or otherwise? What tires and are they regularly rotated?
