    okay guys, so now that i'm sure i'm going with a 2010-2012 ... I know i'm following the Double R Diesel mods .. 5" Flo Pro straight exhaust, S & B Intake cotton, *** coolant delete, *** intake valve delete, ARP2000 head studs (cause I need to save money somewhere) MM3 tuner ... anything else guys??

    Welcome to the forum. A 2010-2012 model truck is a good choice based on my experience. I had an 08 and, as cumminsbadgirl mentioned that thing kept pluggin up. I traded it for a 12. It's still stock but will be upgrading soon. Haven't had any major issues with it. 101K miles so far. Love that Cummins powered Ram!

    to me ... that's my stage 1 ... unless theres other that need done ... I wanna make a decent amount of power and not worry to much about it ... 750? or 1000

    To make that kind of power you better go with ARP 625 Head Studs and your probably looking at a $ 20,000 investment plus the price of your truck

    If you could purchase again ... should I got for 2010-2012 or 2013 - present? I'll be buying next month .. and I just want to get the right truck ... would you buy one with 170k or should I pay a bit more and get one with less miles? ... first things first she's gonna get a full tuning package from DRD ... tuner, intake, exhaust, head studs etc.

    If you’re planning on doing a full delete then it’s your personal call, if you can afford a newer with less miles then definitely go with that, that’s what I would do. Have you test drove any vehicles yet ??
