Here is the damaged reflector, plastic welding would have worked. I even found one of the broken tabs in the corner of my garage.
A lot of body shops have “Nitrogen Plastic Welders”.
They work really well. Now these clear lenses are a polycarbonate so might not work perfect on them(the repair material isn’t clear) but for polypropylene, ABS, and TPO plastics they work really well
Hell everything is plastic these days. Seriously considered purchasing one for my own home use.

Just to close out this thread, I found another reflector to finish up my headlights (full write up here) A guy on another forum had a perfect spare that he sent me for the cost of shipping.
