Too much restriction with the filter installed without the vacuum from the intake.

Gut the filter with an atmospheric vent or leave it lined up to the turbo with the filter media installed.

    CCV Delete?

New to all this - but I'm taking it that it's been proven that removing the factory (large) CCV filter under the housing and running a line down the frame is sufficient?

No need for the small CCV 'delete' breather at all?

Recently purchased my truck last week, and new to diesels.

The filter housing will have to go back in but just tear out the filter medium and then run your hose down to a hole in the frame?

Also, dont forget to plug off the hole in your intake.
