So for anyone with a Fab Four black steel bumper, the lower bumper plate is solid and suffocates the intercooler when towing.
The truck will throw a check engine light.
Fabfours sells a vented lower plate which will alleviate the problem.
Of course, no place to mount a license plate.
I had a local metal shop make a bracket to mount to the winch mount holes.
I still could mount a winch on top of it if and when I choose to.
