There are a lot of options out there. I went the inexpensive route and retained a mostly stock ride, by just adding coil spring spacers with an upgraded shock. Had to spend a little more with a quality track bar though. I went with an el'cheapo track bar first and about wrecked at 65+mph, when it failed me.

No spring swap on mine. Just added a spacer at the top to give it the height.

No sway bar? Can you tell any difference in the ride?

Shouldn't need to mess with the sway bar until you lift 2.5"-3" or more. Some set ups are different though. I would definitely look into a steering box brace, like the one Hell Bent Steel makes.

No sway bar added. Drives the same as before with it just being a little higher on the front end. You do have to get an alignment and adjust your headlights after adding the level kit.

I have been thinking about adding spacers on top. Just to level my truck. Does it effect the handling? Or will it ride like like stock?

Putting the spacer on my 07 definitely changed the ride, rides much stiffer, I did also install some Bilstein 5100s in there while I did it since our trucks have the shock inside the spring... My 2 cents hope this helps...
