    I'm Tired of Oil Leaks!!!!!!

I just swapped my cracked 53 motor out with a non cracked Taco block back in October and resealed the tappett and oil pan and now it's leaking..... From an unknown place and I'm tired of it. I've looked and looked and the tappett isn't wet and the oil pan is but it appears something is running down from above the pan. Also I see oil on the bottom, not the top, on my power steering pump. I'm aggrivated as hell cause it seems these 24v trucks just never stop leaking and it ticks me off. Would like some help if anybody has had the same experience. Thanks!

I feel your pain. Rear seal on mine started leaking not long after I put it in my new clutch. Now I get to drop the trannny again...new seal was in the back of my head the whole time, but needed to get it back together that day and didn't have time to for a parts run. Least I'll be a pro at it

    2020 Ram 2500 CCSB 4x4 68RFE

Never ending project. Always adding something...

What makes me mad is I told my dad we need to replace it and he says no and we slam it in and send it and it leaks, not bad at all, maybe a drop a week, but still leaks.

If it's leaking from the back of the block, it may be the return line. If you're sure it's oil. clean it up and start over.

I strongly urge you use Cummins parts.
