Ultra + TC Slipping

I have bad news to report but I would like to start off by saying that, if anything, get tuning from DRD just for how the truck runs during a cold start. 21 degrees this morning and the truck went into a nice smooth high idle

But the torque converter is still slipping. I took a video of it this morning and just need to figure out how to get it posted. Time to call the trans shop.

Definitely needs fixed, but Ray's tuning is on point.

I'm going to keep that to myself for now. They've been straight with me and aren't refusing to accept fault with supporting evidence yet. I don't want to associate negativity towards their business. I will absolutely provide updates related to the progress of this insanely frustrating situation.

Stopped to talk to the owner of the trans shop this afternoon and they're going to try replacing the pump next. He's going to give me a call tomorrow to schedule a day to drop it off next week.

Happy New Year all. I got the truck back about a week ago after the shop replaced the pump. Everything seems to have improved but I'm not certain the issue has been remediated. Seems like there's some initial "slip" but it goes back down. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
