    Re: Ultra + TC Slipping

The frustration continues....didnt realize the edge doesn't do deletes. Glad I did some reading before wiring all that in. Now I'm debating on whether I should spend money on warp with Ray or send it to another trans shop. If I get warp and my tc still slips I'm not sure how the trans shop will react if I tell them it's for sure the trans. For all they know I could be blowing smoke to get them to tear it down again. I really don't want to go back stock just to troubleshoot a trans issue but also don't want to waste 2k in finding out what the issue is then pay to fix the damn thing. Any advice is much appreciated at this point

Get the Warp tuning by Ray at DRD he is the best tuning guy around hands down with his tuning it might give you at least a better idea with what is going on still might have to get tranny fixed but you should have a better handle on things and more of a clue with what’s happening

    How bad is it slipping?

You still might need trans work, to be honest.

It's not terrible and i can lightly power through it. I'm hoping this will be enough to convince the trans shop to open it up for a look. Without having done a search I'm not sure what type of logging I can do on the raceme ultra for any type of additional proof to give them. Just hoping I'm another guy experiencing issues with the canned tunes on the ultra.....really really hoping.

You’ll love the Warp tuning from Ray at DRD it’s awesome tuning

Threw Rays tune on the truck and just putted around with some highway for the relearn process and I didn't see any slipping from the tc running the stock 30hp tune. I didn't really push it too hard but you can tell there's a huge difference running a DRD tune vs the canned tunes on the ultra. Will continue to test when time allows
