    CEL code ??

I have a 2014 Dodge 6.7 4x4 Automatic and it is tuned with an MM3 by Ray at doublerdiesel and also has a BD throttle sensitivity booster. It is straight piped with an AFE intake system. All other smog parts are still intact under the hood.
I am getting ready to smog my truck and I just took the intake system out without unplugging any of the sensors,I took the sensors off the tube and reinstalled them on my factory intake and finished installing the rest of the factory system.

I did not do the exhaust swap or detune the truck at this time.

So so with that being said I got in the truck to start it and it had a tough time starting and also threw a CEL and was the lightning bolt and service electronic throttle control on the instrument panel.
The other was on the MM3 and it says crank shaft positioning sensor.

I tried clearing these codes with the MM3 and also disconnected both batteries but they won’t go away.

The truck has a hard time starting but once it’s running it seems to run fine and drives fine.

Any help is is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Well after some investigating under the truck I found that the part that looks like a sprocket behind the harmonic balancer has a tooth that has sheared off and the belt tensioner wheel has a hole the size of a dime in it.
I took my truck to the dealer 2 weeks ago for the water pump recall and I really think they may have left something up on the motor and it finally fell down into the motor and caused this to damage the motor.
I took the truck to the dealer and he was fast to blame it on something that I may have hit on the road but I proceeded to tell him that this happened in my driveway and not while driving. He still kept arguing with me about how it happened and denied that they may have left anything on the top of the motor when doing the water pump.

looks like I may have to get an attorney to handle this matter since my truck is still covered under the 5year 100,000 mile warranty.

oh and the truck is completely stock

Thats what I think I truly believe the mechanic that did the water pump possibly left something in the motor compartment and it finally made it loose and caused the damage. The service writer was quick to say that I must have hit something on the road even after I told him it was when I went to start it in my driveway when it made the noise. He then said that is why I have comprehensive insurance. He was a douche bag for sure.
