    Headlight adjustment

    Ok, silly question but...

    2015 3500 Longhorn CTD

I found where to adjust but what tool is needed? I tried to see but could not make out how deep or what tool.

    Thanks

It takes one of those star type head either a long screwdriver type or a socket one with a long skinny extension . (My mind has drawn a blank what it’s called. )If I’m not mistaken a #6 or #8. It’s been awhile since I adjusted my headlights. LOL

How long does it need to be?

I might have some 1/4” stuff that would work.

Lights are so high that the high beams don’t even hit the road. Empty, stock.

Hard to believe first owner put 60k on it with the lights so far off.

    Update...

T20 torx about 6” long does it.

Now to figure which screw is up/down and which is left/right and clockwise or counter to lower.

There ya go T20 torx! It’s been so long since I adjusted mine I couldn’t remember the size. LOL
I do know on my projectors that it will only adjust up and down. I couldn’t find where it would adjust side to side.
