Question for ya! If I go 22x14 with the big neg offset for a lip. What about tire? Are there any tires that don't look stretched? A tire with a kinda bulge out to help prevent/minimize curb rash.

easiest way to prevent curb rash is to stay off the curb! 375's are pretty square setup snakeyes, no stretch!
