Because you have 3.42 gears 35's will already making your gearing extremely low so unless you plan to regear I probably wouldn't go to 37's. I found 37's and 3.73's to already be unbearable.
So what your saying is you wouldn't recommend 37's because I would have to re-gear my truck? I was looking at 20X10 with 35's and leveling kit but don't want any rubbing or have to do any trimming.

You don't have to; there's plenty of guys running around with 3.42's and 37's. But it definitely is harder on the drivetrain, especially the transmission, plus it's just a bear to drive. Far too low RPM in every condition.

Think I've figured out the setup I'm going to go with. 20x9 -12 Fuel Octane, Toyo Open Country MT 35x12.50 and BDS leveling kit. I'll post before and after pics once installed

I wanted to give an update on the wheel, tire, leveling kit setup that I went with for the Cummins. Fuel octane's 20x9-12, Toyo Open Country M/T 35x12.50x20. I had to do minor trimming due to some rubbing on the fender. Zone 2" leveling kit.
