    Cup holder

This might seem like a silly question, but ... I have a 2015 cummins with a manual transmission and electronic 4x4. The place where a manual 4x4 lever would be is now just an awkward rectangular cubbyhole. The only normal size cup holders are on the passenger side of my gear shifter lever. It is such a pain to reach around the shifter to get something out of my cup holder, and it requires me to take my eyes off the road to do it. I wish I could just make that rectangular hole into a cup holder! Anyone come up with a solution to this or have a suggestion besides something that hangs from my door?

    Re: Cup holder

I have always just put my yeti cup between my leg and seat belt. Seems to hold it self pretty good there. Never really bothered looking at other options as i just used the passenger one.

Downfall..... I have forgotten a few times it was there when i went to get out haha!

Option 2..... Get the wife to hold it hahah

I look forward to seeing what ya come up with!

    Re: Cup holder

Just an update on my cup holder issue. I checked genos and many other places. They had a couple of options that mount to the armrest/console. That may work for most but I normally drive with my armrest folded up so that doesn’t work for me. I ended up building a cup holder out of wood that sits in that rectangular hole where the 4x4 lever would be. It’s not the perfect solution but it works just fine and I sanded and painted it up nice so it’s not too tacky.
