    Whistle Tune Driveabilty

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and the MM3 tuners I just bought a 2012 with an MM3 already installed.

It has a tune labeled in it as "whistle" of course it closes the vanes and the truck sounds great, but I notice while driving the VGT only opens up to 80%, 100% being fully closes via the MM3 VGT% monitor.

My question is how safe is it to drive the truck with the VGT closed 80% wouldn't that make the drive pressure a little high?

    Welcome friend!

I leave my whistle tune on all the time.

Yes pressures are slightly higher but nothing to be concerned about.

When I drive long distance I set it back to normal so my turbo pressure is normal.
