RaceME Messed Up

I posted this on another thread but wanted to put it front and center on the main page. I have a new RaceMe Ultra tuner and have plugged it in just to load the tune on my truck. When trying to plug it in again, I found that it wouldn't turn on. After looking to see what the issue was, I found that the plug in the back of the unit was messed up. I am attaching a picture so you can see what I am talking about. Here is my issue. I am being told by another forum member that it is not fixable. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! If you're telling me that I spent $1500 for something that could break with NORMAL use, then that is not acceptable. I sure hope the folks at RaceMe make this right. I have been looking forward to really getting the most out of this product and I sure hope all the good things that I have heard about Franz and RaceMe are true and they stand behind their product.

I sincerely hope so. I have reached out today so I will keep you all updated. I know it is a good product but I just "flew off the handle" when another forum member told me it was not going to be able to be fixed. Thanks for the replay.

about a month ago. This was, literally, the second time I had the thing plugged in. I was mounting it on the suction cup mount.

Awesome. Thanks brother. That is definitely a relief. I am really looking forward to getting the most out of it. I had the H&S XRT Pro on my 2012 and it friggin' screamed. I am looking to do the same with my 2016 and this seems to fit the bill. Thinking of doing the Warp tuning as soon as I can get this taken care of. Thanks again for responding. Means a lot!
