Never heard of it. Looking it up now. Post delete, no real soot problem right? It's just getting rid of what's there already?

This will help your truck breath a lot better than it is now. This will get rid of your grid heater as well, you're I'm MS it don't get cold enough there for a grid heater. But since you deleted the EGR the soot should virtually be gone. This will mostly help the monster get the air that it needs to back cylinders without being very limited to the front ones.

PM me with what a decent offer would be, not really looking for this, but I'm looking for supporting modifications right now, and this should ultimately help with airflow, correct?

Yes this will def increase airflow. Shoot me an offer the worst I can say is no, but if this isn't what you're looking for I don't really want to loose a lot of money because this isn't what you want. I'm willing to negotiate but I'm already taking a hit at shipping it for $450. Not trying to be a butt, just don't want to lose money if I don't have to.
