    Vin locked smarty and contacting mads

    So long story short the 03 that the little lady had flooded several months back and now she has an 06. The problem is I still have the smarty from the 03 but it's vin locked to it and i was unable to hook it up and set it to stock before insurance came to get it and things dried out enough to do it. Is there a way to get the smarty unlocked to use on the new truck? I have called, left voicemails, and emails with mads for awhile and have yet to get an an answer back from them. So has anyone ever gotten one unlocked and how?

    Try Ray for sure.
    In the past all I've heard was you had to send it to Smarty so they can do it.


    Sorry, but I had to come back to this.
    Are you calling the 800 for Smarty ?
    I have yet to fail getting in contact with them during normal business hours when I've had a question in the past.

    Keep calling. I had an issue and it took some persistence to get ahold of them

    If I rember right their people are in Oregan and on PST.
    So you have the advantage of two hours after normal business hours in Texas.

    I personally can't do anything. Its gonna take someone at Smarty to be able to unlock it if it can be done.
