Check engine light on code P0191

I have a 2012 ram 2500 that is deleted with the raceme ultra I have the egr unplugged with about 90000 miles on the truck. I was at a stop light the other day after driving for about 30min and the check engine like came on so I ran the code reader on my ultra and it showed the code P0191 I tried to clear the code but it comes back immediately what could possibly be causing this issue?

That is a rail pressure sensor code. Could be low rail pressure. Could be a bad sensor. Could be a bad wire.

Change your fuel filter and clear the code. See if it comes back.

The sensor is right on the fuel rail, around the middle.

Do you have a tuner? There may be other soft codes that will direct you better. You can go to ORielys, or Auto Zone (I hate that junk store) I think Advanced and Carquest check the ECM's as well. We need to find out what your lift pump pressure is.

BTW, I believe you have 2 fuel filters. One at the tank and another at the Engine. Did you do both?

I'm wondering if your lift pump may be going out. Does it cold start OK?

He only has 1 fuel filter from the factory. Ram added the second filter for the '13+ models.

We are around the same mileage, mine came on the same way, after driving for about 30 mins. How does your truck run? I've noticed mine idles just a little rough that I've noticed.
