well I just got a call from dealer and they said torque converter shaft is not moving so most likely manufacture defect and should be covered.
That is some good news! Hope it pans out.

What did they say about you being tuned?
ok picked it up Saturday morning. they said blown out clutch pack was the main cause. drove it downtown for an event I was photographing and the next startup service electronic break system is showing on the dash. It will be going back in on the 29th to get looked at.

They probably put a factory rebuilt in it. Last known, the factory does not let the dealers field repair them. They're pretty complicated parts wise, but simple otherwise.
