I dunno about that. I saw 265 70's on them when I was buying. I had 3 3rd gens, single wheel, but always looked at the dual when shopping. It could have been an option. Next time I see one, and there's allot around here, I'll look

Ok, I have noticed on new trucks the 235s cause 265 would rub when loaded. I have seen people swap to 265s because the size is so close it would not affect the speedometer. But you do know more about these trucks than I do. My 03 is my first dodge.

03's were good trucks. That's what I have now. My last one was an 08 and I refuse to get a 4th gen This is my 14th Cummins but 15th Ram Diesel

Wow that's a lot. I am not a fan of the 4th gens. I have always been a chevrolet guy but have wanted a cummins and came across my 03 back in August with really low miles, bone stock and a great price. I have not been disappointed with it at all and the 6 speed makes it better.

If you have a dually than 265s will rub if you have no spacer between the rears. But are very close in hight to the 235s but about an inch wider. I hope this helps some.
In the same boat. Discount Tire told me I couldn’t go taller or wider without different rim. IDK

Not many choices on sizes at all. I’m debating on going with 19.5s. In the mean time I’m just gonna get another set of Nexens. I’ve gotten 45k miles out of my originals so far. My rears are at 5/32s and my steers are 7/32s. So hopefully can get another 2-5k out of them. So next round I’ll look into running 19.5s then I could get a 12 or 14 ply tire
