Should I Go Compunds or 2nd Gen Swap

I have a 2014 2500 6.7 and I’m wanting to know should I go to compounds or a 2nd Gen swap? I am wanting to make around 650hp and stop there. I also do not use my engine break.
Currently installed on my truck are:
    •S&B Filters CVV Bypass
    •Pusher Intake Elbow
    •AFE Momentem Cold Air Intake
•Hardway Performance Motor and Trans Tuning
•Buit 68RFE with triple disc, deep sump Mag Hytech, billet input shaft.
    •EGR delete
    •Def taken off
    •Bully Dog GT Tuner
    •BD Differential Cover
    •EFI Live

Awesome build my friend! What do you do with the truck? Is it just a daily driver? Do you tow at all?

I do not tow with it and yes it is my daily driver. I have a triple disc torque converter, deep sump mag hytech oil pan and billet input shaft and lots of others.

Thank ya bud, i need to know what brand of parts you have my friend. All of that plays a role into building the kit. I want to make sure that whatever we decide to go with will work together smoothly with what ya have.

That I do not know because I bought the truck about 3 months ago and that was the recpiet that was included with it. The transmission was installed back in October of last year.

I would go second gen swap if it were me. The factory turbo's are notorious for failed actuators and will require a replacement (when, not if) at $3,000+ dollars. Add that on top of an add a turbo kit that you've already spent $3,000+ on. Take that extra 3k and buy some bigger injectors. You can easily make 650hp with a single and bigger injectors. If you size your turbo right, you will have very little lag.

Never ending project. Always adding something...
