I sure hope Ray can figure out what Franz can't...

Has anyone that's having issues talked to Franz about covering or sharing the cost of custom tuning for those whose trucks don't run right? Given how long he's taken to address problems that would be the best way for him to step up and make us whole again.
Ray sure deserves the business for all of the help he's provided everyone, maybe Franz can make him the official US based tuning repair provider!

Franz stopped returning my emails, so no for me. However I agree that they should foot the bill for someone else to fix the issues.

Haven't driven much yet but I honestly think Ray at Double R has fixed my Cummins Illness. I'll know more shortly but I can most definitely tell you the truck hasn't ever felt this good since the RaceME has been installed. Brings a smile to my face for once and hope that I can use my truck to do real truck stuff again. At any rate, thank you very much Ray for all your efforts and going out of your way to help.
