Fourth Generation 2wd to 4wd conversion!

I am new to the forum and want to be a help to anyone trying to complete this task of a fourth gen 4x4 conversion. I was told it could not be completed with all factory components but defied all odds. My truck started life as an 2015 Ram 3500 2x4 solid I-beam axle. It is now a 4x4 with all factory components drivetrain and suspension. Only thing that is not factory is the electronics to control system but I can help with that also. I have built my own microprocessor to control the system and it works just as factory. Transfer case used in build is a manual transfer case with electronic controlled clutch.

Do you have pictures? That sounds like an awesome build. Can you someone keep the transfer case a manual without having to add the electronics? I have a 3rd gen 4x4 but i was just courious.

I can't figure out how to upload pics. Maybe because I am a base member. If the transfer case has a clutch built in it has to be activated to prevent damage to the case during shift on the fly and the clutch is used to spin up the shaft for the axle disconnect engagement. If tcase has no clutch and front axle does not have a disconnect no need for electronics.
