I do, kinda a radio nut I’m told. Whatcha lookin for? Mount ideas, antenna options?

I’ve got whip antenna centered on magnet centered on tool box and bear cat radio stuffed between driver seat and middle seat.
I really just have it for interstate jams which isn’t often.
Wired CB aux through foot well storage and ran under floor mats to console.
Power for radio comes from 12V in center console.

That's the antenna mount I use too. I also have a quick release on it. Similar to his. They make a coax cable that bolts to the antenna base. No exposed wiring and loss of signal because of corrosion.
Mounting the box in a manual shift, leaves not to many options.

We have any HAM guys on here? I've got intentions of putting a dual band in my truck if it ever gets built, but I have a TON to learn; my radio background is explicitly military SINCGARS & MBITRS.
