    Terrible traction.

    Preach brother!

I used to run Terra Grapplers and they were the absolute worst in the rain. All spin and no grip. Ended up snagging an extremely well worn set of Toyo Open Country M/Ts off Craigslist and even practically bald they had better grip. And I couldn’t personally tell the difference when it came to road noise. Been swearing by them ever since.

So far I’m pleased with the Falken. I put a set on my wife’s Grand Cherokee a couple weeks ago and was very impressed with them plus they are way cheaper than the Nitto and Toyo tires. The reviews on them are really good too plus they are snow rated and I know you definitely get the snow where your at. LOL

Sweet! I can’t wait until it snows here to see how these tires do. Anything would be better than those crappy tires I took off. LOL

I’ve done a number of things in recent months. Maybe I’ll start a Member’s Journal thread at some point to track the progress, but I’d say the exterior is done for this truck until I move to a house with a taller garage and these 35’s wear out. Here’s how she sits as of now! Come a long way since rolling off the lot about 2 years back

I have the G2 grapplers with about 30,000 miles on them and have had no problems in the rain. I mean I can brake them loose of course if I want to but normal driving is fine. I expect to get about 50,000 miles out of them based on how they are wearing. I also have 3:42 rears with 35's so that may have a little to do with it but I'd buy these again in a minute.

Some people have good luck with them but for me they were horrible in the snow and wet traction. When they were new they gripped really well.
