    Fuel Rail

I just got through installing my T & C Diesel performance fuel rail. I followed to the letter what Todd told me to do. Only took me about 2 hrs. Man a difference the truck sounds deeper at idle and going down the road. The pedal is far more responsive and seat of the pants gain is awesome as well, I'm very pleased with it. I included a couple of pics after the install.

Just curious. Why did you change out the fuel rail?

This fuel rail is basically bored out on the inside, along with the injector feed lines, injector pump feed to fuel rail line, basically holds more fuel, but can feed more fuel and the LV valve is better quality and is rated at 31k.

Plus I installed one of these rails when Todd first started doing these back in 2004 on my '03 I had and was impressed with the power gain it made back then, so I decided to put one on this truck as well. It's a particular process on the tightening of all the lines and the rail, but I did exactly as Todd told me to.

At this point not much, the fuel rail, head studs as of this past Thursday, fluidampr coming and air intake manifold and cold side boost tube also enroute, should all be in by this coming Wednesday. My next move after that will be a FASS 165 system along with a Bean's diesel sump pickup. Then I'll put a tuner box on it.

Sounds like a good build man. Curious again LOL, why not the Fass Sump kit?

After watching some install videos on the FASS sump versus the Bean's diesel, the FASS is overly complicated to install. The Bean's diesel is very cut & dry, look it up on YouTube and see for yourself and you decide, at least that's the way I see it.

That just blew my mind. The Fass sump I did on my last truck had 2 horseshoe pieces with about 10 bolts...not 1!
