Hey everyone! New member here, no stranger to the forums or to the Cummins. My first was a brand new black '05 Quad SLT SB with the 5.9 with an Edge w/ Attitude, S&B and 5' Flowmaster? I think? 35's on the stock rims, Anyway, I loved that truck, even with the small amount of work I did to it, I still had no worries lining up next to a Mustang. LOL I sold that that truck for not nearly enough. Next was my '12 Mega Laramie, Also black, she was deleted with an H&S, S&B air box, 4" Diamondback exhaust, Zone leveling kit, 35's on Fuel rims, can't remember the style... She was beautiful, didn't go like my '05 but she still sucked you back in the seat. Until about a month ago I got T-boned on a logging road in the wilderness, radio road and the other guy wasn't calling. Boom, good night Irene.
Tuesday I take possession of a '17 Quadcab SB with the G56. It's got a leveling kit and 35's on it but its bone stock other than that. Metallic Granite in color I hope it lives up to the standards the first 2 Ram's set. I had the help of a couple other forums in the early days but I haven't spent much time on them in the last few years. I come back to them to find the last post was a year ago! That's where you folks and this wonderful knowledge base come in!! I've been creaping the last few days and there are some smart fellows in the group I think, most are able to form coherent sentences anywayI may not post a lot but I will if I think what I have to say is worth it, or if I know some thing from experience that might help.
Now, if someone could direct me to the "How to BS Your Wife into Letting You Buy Truck Parts" section I'll likely start there!
