Thread: Hello everyone!

    Hello everyone!

Hello, New to this forum...Driving a 2015 Cummins 2500 4x4 Bighorn now with 176K. Great truck but nothing but intermittent injection timing codes on random cylinders for the past 50k. Yet still it runs flawless and gets 19mpg on city driving. Check engine light comes on every couple hundred miles around town and then back off again in a couple hundred. If i'm pulling my 16k 2 place hotrod trailer from NY to Texas and back...no light..go figure. Time to delete and tune.

Anyone else ever had this issue with a similar truck and been able to fix it? I've described the issue to dealers, Cummins and Injector companies and no one can figure it out.

    Thanks

Welcome! Did the dealers not hook a computer to it and see what was going on with the truck idling and while driving?

    Re: Hello everyone!

Thanks, the codes I am seeing are P020A through F. Not all six at once but a random combination of one to three at a time. no consistency. Only obvious sign from the truckis some injector rattle, but heard that last week test driving a new one.
