Ray can you explain in any more detail? I always want to learn more about these ECM's. All I can speak to really is the behavior of my 2005. For my truck, the RT reset feature seems to do exactly what I posted above; at least behavior wise if not technically correct. I have my base tune, can flash an RTP/RTG and when I no longer want that RTP/RTG I can hit RT Reset and the truck acts as though it is running off the base tune. I suppose RT reset could just be camouflage for an RTP/RTG the touch/mm3/raceme made from the base tune?

The thing is, the RT Reset button will sometimes give me a P0606 Internal Processor error if I don't disable that DTC, which will sometimes also happen if I hit the RT Reset from UDC Pro via USB. I assumed that means it's hitting some sort of reset on the processor and causing it to reload parameters quickly...

    Different ecms behave differently.

If I were to try to explain in detail how things work with the 10-18 trucks publicly it would do two things:

1.Cause confusion for those who read it and don't understand how an ecm works.

2.Give out information to our competitors who search public forums for secrets.

So I'm not gonna give any more details about this other than say the RT reset feature will not restore all values back to the ecm flash on the CM2200 and CM2350 PCM trucks.
