MM3 question

I have an MM3 in my 2016 ram 2500, Can I set a speed limitation in another truck a 2018 5500 with the same tuner without a VIN Unlock code? I just want to set a speed limitation on a truck due to some idiot short term drivers we have here in the office. Just trying to prevent the below example from destroying a new (only has 6000 miles now) company truck.

Example, our 2015 Ford F550 with 4:88 ratios was driven to 93mph at 4800 rpm for a little assumed, descending hill with foot to the floor.

GEEZE - I am not for sure but my gut tells me no since the MM3 communicates with the ECM via the Vin Number. I hope I am wrong for your sake- hopefully someone will chime in who knows for sure!

You can take it to the dealership and have them set it to what ever speed you want. We have 4 5500 fleet trucks set at 70mph

local to the office dealer is pretty booked, we got it now, but we have 1 driver that keeps his foot on the floor, all the time. wanted to limit the truck before he got handed this one.....
