I don't see how adding spacers will change your spring rate and make the ride feel stiffer. The way the pickup handles with the aftermarket shocks is a different story. But, if you lift it you will need longer shocks.

Thanks. I’m not looking for a big lift. 2" coils on top.

That's all I did, 2" spacers, new shocks, adjustable track bar.
