I had the same question, was going to buy mm3 and exhaust only for now and buy the EGR and throttle delete later. I wasn't sure if you would have to get a new tune once you actually do the EGR delete or if its the same tune and the mm3 just clears the codes for the EGR delete once you've done it. Really didn't want to have the parts sitting around just waiting until I got them all meanwhile the poor truck is stuck huffing its own exhaust fumes.
So the MM3 is all wired in, waiting till my TB exhaust gets here Wednesday to plug in the OBD2 and fire it up.
So from what I read above, leave everything plugged in under the hood?
