we do, but we also have what we refer to as lick and stick.
Then another loophole is to register your truck between 10501lbs and 17999 lbs and you are under self inspect rules... a grey area.

    6) Regarding the speedometer after I up my tire size. Probably a silly question but I assume when I adjust the tire size in the MM3 it will correctly adjust the speedometer on the MM3 display but the speedometer on the truck will be off right? The MM3 doesn't control any of the truck displays right?

Correct, by adjusting tire size it changes something in the ECU (or whatever computer it is stored in) telling it the tire size is different. the MM3 does not control the gauges of the truck.

@pwrgagn I hope that answers your questions.

Thought Id update this... After my lift and putting on my 37s I adjusted tire size on the MM3 and it is now reading the correct MPH. Interestingly enough the truck speedometer is reading the exact same thing... Ive checked the speed with a phone app and its right on. How is this possible? If the MM3 doesn't control or have an effect on the truck gauges why is the truck reading the same MPH? The truck should be showing about 5-8mph slower than the MM3 and the phone speedometer app.

This has been asked before and if I recall the answer correctly is that the MM3 can write to the computer changing the final drive ratio that it uses to give you your speed. telling the computer the new size is like changing the little gear in an 80's truck.
the sensor picks up RPM and runs a formula to get your speed. changing a factor in that formula, changes the output, therefor changing the speed to match your larger tires. You are not directly changing anything in the cluster.
    example
rpm/rear ratio*tire circumference*1.000946969697 (inches a minute to mph) may not be the exact formula but good enough for this sample. if tire cir. is = to 33 the speed may show 55 but by changing that tire cir to 37 it would show 59

    Hope this helps

    Re: Emissions compliant tuning

I'd like to know as well, how things are going with the DRD tuning and if any issues have occurred?

76K total miles 70K miles tuned, no issues, everything is working well.

Had a trans issue, but its my foot (not tuning), and my constant towing with a 68RFE.

@Bcarson138 @Booch035 answering to you as well.
