I'm curious to see the lift.

It could be front springs with spacers or completely new springs.

Aside from tire pressure, the only way to improve your ride really will be to start replacing parts like shocks and springs.

Looks like it was a decent lift with the bracketry to correct the front steering geometry. The front spring looks to have been a new lifted spring instead of a spacer kit. Sometimes they are too stiff though. The rear lift looks like they used a block on the stick spring, so you really won't get any difference with a new spring in ride stiffness. Easiest thing to change would be shocks. Does the truck ride stuff/harsh or is it bouncy like the shocks aren't dampening the springs properly? If the latter then replacement of the shocks may help. If it's stiff, the replacement of the front coils may help. There may still be a tag or part number on the front coils that could help you identify them.

    Thanks for your insight!

If you mean stiff like I can feel every bump versus bouncy as in actually seeming to bounce excessively FOR each bump, then it's definitely the latter.

I can adjust the tire pressure, but not sure what I'd want to go down to.

Also, I can replace the rear shocks if you think that will help.

Would it matter that the rear would be different than the front?

The shocks in the rear don't necessarily have to match the front. You could starts there. It's the easiest and cheapest. You could even remove one and see if it has any life left in it. By just removing one end, see if it has resistance up and down. I run my tires at 50 front and 45 rear when I'm unloaded or not towing. What wheels and tires do you have? What is the load rating on the tires.

Here's a pic of the wheel and tire specs.

Now that I'm in the truck, I see it running about 55/50 according to the dash.

Yeah try a little less air pressure but also a lower profile tire and 20 inch wheel has a shorter sidewall and will contribute to a stiff ride as well as the lift.

How much lower are you thinking?

I don't want to mess up the tires or anything, tread-wise.

Also, how would I know what shocks to get since I have a lift?
