I cleaned mine a couple of weeks ago and immediately saw mpg go from 17.5 hw to 19.2. That was pre-delete.

Can anyone tell me what your average boost psi is at wot and a cruise 75
Sent from my Z958 using Tapatalk
Cruising at 75 should be around 5-6 psi and wot I have seen as high as 37 pre warp and warp now seems to really have the boost in check.

Not yet. Can't even consider it until I get the truck running right

So all stock program. New map sensor. Maf and iat sensor were spotless. New air filter. 600 miles through it. Averaged12.9 hwy hand calculated on first tank. Averaging 15.5 hwy on this tank. Unloaded miles. Will be needing to find time to get to the grid heater but seriously... Anyone else run there trucks 80k miles with def ... How'd you fix the mileage drop? Do I need to reinstall all the emissions and sell the truck? Would cleaning the grid heater and turbo be warrantied?

The all stock will get you the worst mileage. Might wanna try bumping up to 120, 23*, 1850 rail, and mild spool. Even better at 150, 29*, 1850 and mild spool. But seems like tank 2 is better than tank 1. By the way I'm not calling you out when you said you used to get 25mpg stock. But that seems way better than any other truck I've ever heard of. I'd say most get 17-19 mpg deleted. Unloaded.

I know it sounds nuts. But 68mph flat straight road. Could get 25 when new with all emissions intact slowly downhill from there. Averaging 22-23 to a tank normally unloaded and 16-18 loaded (4-6k lb trailer). 80k miles pre delete averaging 15-16 unloaded and 10-11 loaded, post delete ... 12-15 unloaded, sub 10 loaded.... And I'm calling loaded 6k lbs.
