    MM3 DRD TRANSMISSION LEARNING PROCESS

    Is there anything I can do to help the 68RFE learn faster aka get out of the shift flare and mushy pedal stage faster?

    It can take upwards to few a hundred miles for a transmission to get its snap back into it after you flash the PCM. The amount of wear on the transmission and driving habits can have a effect on the process. Newer transmissions relearn quicker as well as stop n go driving helps the process speed up.

    Is yours especially from 4-5 and 5-6? I know these gears don’t get used as much- looking forward to some firmer shifts! My 1-2 and 2-3 are great
