    TCC-S PID

so I have searched and could not find it.
Funny if your not careful on Google if you type in pid you can get pelvic inflammation disease...

So what exactly is TCC-S pid.
Another question, how to monitor if tq converter is locked . Is this the TCC-S?

I don't have the egt probe set up, so what's the next best to monitor temps? Scr inlet?
    Thanks

That is your shaft speed. There are a couple different ways to monitor lock up. One will show you TCC slip which shows the amount of slip while unlocked and then when it locks it will show zero or a negative number to let you know there is no more slipping (locked up). There is another that shows TCC status which just gives you numbers 8 (TCC is unlocked) 4 (which means it is in partial lock) 2 (which means the TCC is locked)

Thanks for the help. I was wondering what the numbers 8 4 2 are. I now have it on my monitor.

On the MM3 I have the TO-S on my main screen to see how much slip is happening. It is amazing and fustrating how much slip there is

That is why I will not have it displayed on mine - I did just switch from gear to TCC-S and I like it! I was surprised in my 5th gear to see I was locked during a time I thought it would be in between
