We looked into it friend, but see no issues on our end.

Its nearly impossible to know why its not working on some phones and others it works for.

Sorry, but we have no clue on this one.

As an effort to improve the App performance, Chat will be removed as it's not so much of a popular widely used feature. But removing it will significantly improve the performance of the App. Chat has already been removed from the online Android App. The new iOS App coming up in the next few days will have the chat feature removed as well.

I maybe used it a handful of times. There are lots of other options for a group chat if that's desire though.
