Pretty sure my clutches are slipping on downshift 😐😐😐

I can't imagine that the 68RFE trans tuning would be a whole lot different for any customer. Wondering if you have a transmission issue going on, as I've seen no other complaints of a harsh down shifts with Rays warp tuning? Are you just referring to the normal more aggressive tow haul down shifts. I know alot of people don't like the feel of those, even completely stock, but they are harmless as well.

I ask that anyone with topics concerning Warp tuning please do so in the Warp Tuning thread in the premium members resources section of our forum. We don't need to give any trolls ammunition to take cheap shots at us on the other forum. Warp is a fantastic tuning platform, but isn't complete or perfect yet.

If the tuning comes from me, I ask that you contact me with concerns. I can't fix what I don't know about and random unspecific public complaints don't help me or the customer.

Anyone that has issues or needs to discuss problems with warp tuning should contact their tuner by email or anyway their tuner prefers. Also there is a thread here to discuss warp for premium members.

If it's your problem with fuel mileage tanking or not, I can't know for sure, but would lean towards no. Only reason I brought it up is it could be. Start with the map sensor as I and many have said. If that works, don't worry too much about what your grid heater may or may not look like. It won't get any worse from here now that you deleted.
FYI Caterpillar was gettin g it's exhaust gasses after the DPF. Then they were cooling it with the AC compressor. But they stopped street machines so it's moot now. Back in the day, I did something similar on my 08. Only I cooled it with water. The dark side crawled up my butt about it so I scrapped it. For the 2 months it was running, it was working well. The effort was useless if I didn't have aplace to advertise the results. I picked up 2 or 3 MPG. Regens were very far apart then

    Ray,

You and I did discuss the tuning a couple months back. I'm still running your modified file to soften the shifts up.

I don't believe the problem is with the tuning itself, I do believe it is a transmission problem as the shifts have gotten progressively worse with time. I've tried reflashing to reset the CVIs but that didn't help either.

Hence my interest in full data logging capability because at least then I can get numbers on paper and narrow down where the problem is and maybe be able to address it.

I've got nothing against you're tuning at all because I'm very confident that that's not where the problem lies.

I definitely will Ray. And I see your point, I know customer service is very important to you. You've definitely gone above and beyond to help me out, and I appreciate that. Right now, We just need more information. If we can get that, then we might be in luck!

If I can get some better transmission diagnostics, I'll send them your way and see what you can come up with.
