Tire size & gear ratio recalibration

Howdy folks need a little help here. What I need to know is can the mm3 do tire size and gear ratio recalibration.
I have a 16 2500 Cummins with 37s and 4.10 gears. Deleted. Unfortunately what I'm using now does not do tire size and gear ratio.
I tried using hyper tech recalibration tool but the delete over rides the recalibration.
So my question is...... Is the mm3 capable of doing so in my truck and is it accurate.
    Thanks.

mm3 is capable, and it is as accurate as the numbers you put into it for tire size.

OK so I got the mm3. I compared the speed against the calibration using a 2 different GPS apps. You can indeed tweak i got it to be accurate within 1 mph @ 85 mph. I'm running Nitro trails 37 x 12.5. According to manufactures specs there actually 36.5 x 12.5 I dialed in the mm3 @ 36.2 to get within 1 mph @ 85 mph.
