There was a security update WARP.30 recently but that doesn't apply to us

What is the exact version are you on? .10 is definitely not enough information
MM3 or Ultra, custom or box tunes?

Re: RaceME Ultra Update and Upcoming RaceME Custom Tuning

This seemed to be the original thread for the Ultra firmware updates, so I figured stick with it. I have just the regular Ultra/Raceme software for my 2012 2500. I can't afford $1k for custom tuning right now. Here are a couple questions I was thinking about.

In 1.2.01 there was trans tuning fixes with 2010+ so I was curious what exactly was fixed vs the version before it which is what I am on 1.1.11. If more cans of worms popped up after that then perhaps it's best to stay with 1.1.11 since 1.3.9 is only a few months old.

If the newer updates are just fixes for 1.2.x or 1.3.x. Am I risking anything by staying where I am without gaining the data logger. I just don't want to end up with unforseen bugs in 1.3.9, like the ones fixed with 1.3.5 & 1.3.7. With any new software I always wait to see how things shake out. So, I'm seeing what everyone's thoughts are on 1.3.9 and how their trucks are running. Should I wait a bit longer for 1.3.10?

    My personal thoughts on 1.1.11
On the stock hp setting, with my slightly oversized tires (285x75x17 = 33.8 in the tire size adjuster screen) I notice that shifting takes a little long or is slow while shifting between 2nd to 3rd & 3rd to 4th. I think it's better when I put my foot down more. Driving normal 4th to 5th is good and 5th to 6th seems okay. Although 5th to 6th seems a little sluggish on a hill trying to gain speed when entering a freeway it could stay in 5th a tiny bit longer. I do wish it shifted from 1st to 2nd a tad sooner but I see the need for a higher rev 1st gear with towing. I read a lot of terms being used to describe shifting when discussing the Ultra's software, but I don't really know what they feel like or how it compares to me so I hope this made sence.
