Has anyone heard much about valair dual disk kits? It's hard to find any real reviews but written ones seem ok. I'm wondering if it's worth the near 400 dollar savings...

I'll stand behind Valair anytime, you won't be disappointed. Check through the threads here, there's one we had not to long ago that will give you a bunch of insight on them.

I agree, not only that but Dan Vallance (valair's owner) and his team stand behind their product, so long as you treat it right. If they have to RMA something they will test it and figure out why it failed to better their product

Alright sweet. I jumped into the manual trans diesel game before realizing how much really goes into it all. Mama didn't raise no quitter though!! I have been saving my pennies like a good boy all summer and am one more check away from picking one up. A tune will be soon to follow.
I shall be the only third gen in my city Rollin with extra power.
Thank y'all by the way!!
Looking to get a clutch for my G56 in the near future. Do we have a vendor on here that sells south Bend or valair? Been looking at both.. I occasionally haul 15k plus and beat on my truck quite a bit (race, mud, play in snow, pull trucks out of ditches). I'm tuned and deleted 6.7 cummins running roughly 500-525hp on my race tune and plan on reaching 700hp so I'd like some room to grow.. a final push in the right direction would be great.. this is my daily but have a strong leg if needed
Clutch is slipping and ready to buy a new one

I highly recommend a valair clutch. I have installed them in all my personal trucks over the years. Zero issues and Dan stands behind his product 100%

Valair has got the competition beat by far, like @F350Cummins said, they stand behind they're clutches and are always trying to better them. I've had multiple Valair DD's and they can take some serious abuse LOL you won't be disappointed at all.
