    Couple different things in general when that start going idle will surge up and down you can get like a dieseling sound effect.

    Not sure on what you mean by stepping on it?

    This only at idle what's the drivability like any weird thing there?

    You could at idle unplug FCA and see what happens.

    I mean like getting on the gas hard at around 40 mph it bounces between 15 nd 2 and hesitates

    Hard to say without looking at some data like command and actual rail pressure. The last thing you want to do is just throw parts at it.
    Is it throwing any codes?

    Try adding fuel treatment to the tank. I have heard that adding treatment and it improving is a sign the FCA is on the way out.
    I suggest checking the boost clamps and making sure they are tight and then cleaning the map sensor on the intake horn.
    Might also want to clean the egr valve to rule it out. Drivability issues are hard to track when there are no codes because of how the system uses the sensors.
