Curtesy wash after recall completed... Not so good

Well I had the recall done for the track bar bracket and dealer decided to wash the truck. Well a dirty rough rag and black paint doesn't go real well. It may not seem that bad in the pics but it's really bad in person. I worked my but off keeping the spider webs off the black paint. Then I get the truck back like this....

You can see it good in the first picture! My case is alittle different but i had rust spots all down both sides and on the tailgate of mine, im thinking frim a mix of road salts and brake dust! Took my about 4 hours hard at it with a claybar and wax getting them off! Then went to walmart and guess what? A damn buggy got pushed into my truck what looks like at 40mph and now back passenger door has a huge dent in it!! Truck hasnt made 1 year yet!!

my only point is i feel your pain!

It sucks... I see the GM in the morning. If I hadn't taken care of it for 2 years being very particular about this very thing happening wouldn't be so bad. Minus the fact they insulted me trying to buy the truck from me for 30k but that's another story

Me too. Yeah he didn't even hesitate when I brought it in. He walked out talked to me about 5 seconds looked at the service manager and told him to make it happen ASAP. I guess this is the first time that a calm attitude has gotten me anywhere LOL.
