    Please listen to his response to me about my issue, and "testimonial" I left on the Corporate LineX page. Which is the only thing that seemed to get their attention!

    Well, at least he didn't cuss and swear. He acts like your life revolves around him

    As I recall, the discovery of the lose piece and the tear out was only about a week?

    Couple days really. The tailgate had been pealing for well over a year though, and that was what they looked at when I brought it in to have them check it out. Their response..."Well we could glue it back down?" When they said that to me I asked them if there was another option...he said no, not really.

    Well I finally got a response from the Corporate Regional Manager. Remember, I sent a few e-mails wondering, and asking why, I have not had any communication in a few days....

    This is his Response....

    I have been taking the proper time to research both sides to this situation, and was unaware of any required time line. In the end I do not see any resolution, as stated by yourself, you do not want ANY spray in box liner. It is unfortunate that you and the franchise cannot find common ground, and I believe that the actions taken have accelerated this situation to a point of non resolution. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
    I'll wait to see what happens with the complaint I filed through the Better Business Bureau. After that I will decided in what direction I will take this issue.

    Why of course! It's the customers fault!!! Seems to be the way of todays business. The only fault you had was choosing that product.

    This a shame on Linex as a corporation and the franchise as a business. This is also what happens when folks let success go their heads. I've seen this many times. Business folks get more concerned over the number of paying customers coming in and out their doors or ordering over their Web store vs how many happy and satisfied customers they have. Happy customers are returning customers and also bring in new customers through positive press. Folks get so big they forget where they've came from...businesses forget success is a blessing from above and the golden rule is in effect!!! They say in a case like this...well this guy is just one person, who cares.

    I say this guy is one person, so refund his money completely or redo the service completely. How bad is that gonna hurt as compared to marred reputation??!!

    This absolutely disgust me and I will not considered Linex ever again unless justice is served!!

    I believe that business success should be counted one happy customer at a time!
