I wouldn't go over the 30hp tune with a stock 68RFE. That's a lot of camper to put stress on the clutches at highway speed. I believe Ray @Double R Diesel makes the same recommendation on his tunes. I pull a 43' 14k lb camper and the 30 horse tune is plenty. Happy camping!

I'll second Copperhead. My little camper I can't use any tune, so 30 is plenty.

What about timing and rail pressure. I've almost got enough saved up for warp tuning from you. Just not quite.

Lowest settings on all, personally I see better performance mpg/overall usability when running a stock tune while towing.... But... I've heard Ray's tuning is worth every single penny, NEVER heard or seen anything negative or even blasé.

Prior to getting WARP tuning from @Double R Diesel, I used the 30hp box tune to tow. I haven't towed my 9k # camper since upgrading to WARP, but now my daily driver tune is 120hp and my tow tune is 90hp. ARP 625s are next on my list.

So I just loaded up my mm3 and warp with trans tuning, all from Ray the magnificent!! LOL. But all the tunes he sent me were 120! One is 12v, one is turbo whistle and other is just straight 120 and one is 150.

I guess I should have told you all that one of those is supposed to be for towing. I am deleted with ARP 625's. maybe he took that into consideration and the one 120 will be good to go.

Sounds like you need to be contacting @Double R Diesel

Did you ask for a tow tune?

Re: Tune for pulling my camper

So I sent Ray a very embarrassing email, stating I needed a tow tune, he said I thought I put one one there, it should be a 90hp tune. So he says maybe I forgot and sent me the new file (it got me thinking). Remember I've only had a MINI MAXX sense the day everything fell off my truck 4.5 years ago. You have stock, tow, street and performance, (4 tunes). So when I powered up my MM3, 4 RT tunes popped up (thought that's all there was)!!!🤣you can scroll on the MM3!!!!!now I know this! I found my 90hp tow he sent. MAN WAS I EMBARRASSED.
